Job Description
- Lead a functional work team within Accounting department (AP/GL team, managing team up to 8+ Accountants)
- Being focused on the timely completion of accounting transactions
- Developing and supporting team members - set SMART goals, mentoring activities
- Month-end reporting, Supervise the team to deliver high quality service to our Client with agreed SLA's
- Drive process continuous improvement and employee initiatives in optimization activities
- Work closely with the client and maintaining good working relationship, act as an escalation point
The Successful Applicant
- University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent)
- 1-2 years' experience on position Team Leader in SSC/BPO/Finance area
- Very good knowledge of SAP (preferable), MS Excel and other MS Office tools
- Good English skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills & customer focus ability to work with people at all levels in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
