Your responsibilities would include:
  • integrating data from ServiceNow to various and numerous SAP systems through low coding platforms
  • providing maintenance and development of existing solutions
  • communicating with stakeholders (GIS Automation team, Project Teams Business Product Owner), in order to understand, analyze requirements of the developed automation and platform/application requirements
  • facilitating requirements discussions with key stakeholders. Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task & workflow analysis. Eliciting functional and non-functional (performance, availability, security, accessibility, cross-browser compliance) requirements using a methodology most appropriate for the context.
  • proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use cases. Supporting the Business Product Owner with facilitate the gathering, definition and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholders. Supporting the Business Product Owner to breakdown, decompose and describe business needs into Stories. Working ahead of team to elicit requirements for the next Sprint's Stories
  • Clarifying and improving the business processes impacted by the technology changes that are part of the Robotics & Automation Product
  • Acting as subject matter expert in an low coding platforms (OutSystems), RPA platform/solutions (BluePrism, UIPath) and/or Chatbot/AI/Machine Learning platform/solutions
  • Understanding the business strategy elements in order to analyse and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes. Supports BusinessProduct Owner to define and own the value definition of Stories;

You are a good Candidate if:
  • you own Bachelor/Master’s degree: in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Electronics, Management Information Systems, Automation & Engineering, or similar field of study
  • you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people. Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, which you will be able to deploy in complex stakeholder management environments
  • you are a business consultant that is responsible for the design of the Integration, Robotics and Automation Product
  • you are analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured
  • you are a team player and you are able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
  • you are able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
  • you have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles
  • you have excellent facilitation, presentation, and analysing skills
  • you have excellent written and verbal English

Nice to have:

  • Outsystems, BluePrism, UIPath certification
  • Business processes knowledge in FMCG and/or Shared Services environments ( Procurement, Finance, HR);
