Currently we are looking for a SOC Transformation Senior Associate to join our team based in Warsaw. Main tasks will include: designing SOC target operation modes, evaluating SOC maturity, transformation roadmaps, designing incident response processes, designing vulnerability management processes, support incident handling and threat analysis, designing security monitoring use-cases and correlation rules in SIEM.

Responsibilities:
 

The role will be in charge of coordinating the team and developing and delivering the Transformation services, including:

• Drive change programs in client’s SOC/CSIRT environments;

• Enhance configuration of detection mechanism - SOC toolset;

• Support the implementation of global SOC transformation project initiatives.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SOC/CSIRT environments;

• At least 3 years of experience in IT/cyber security consulting and client facing environment;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Very good English (both spoken and written);

• Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment;

• Graduate with IT focus or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• CISSP, CISM, COBIT Foundation or ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent;

• Incident response certificate;
