Your responsibilities would include:

End-user supporting:

  • Being a 1st level support for HGSS users for ­ Basware
  • Being a 1st level support for Business users from the OpCos for Basware
  • Monitoring and resolving incoming support requests in NextGen within agreed service level agreement (SLA)
  • Creation and updating of system and process documentation
  • Facilitating periodic training sessions for Basware users from HGSS
  • Facilitating periodic training sessions for Basware Business users from the OpCo
  • Supporting Basware end-users with access management issues (requests are self-service via HeiDM)
  • Supplier onboarding
  • Regular end-user communication on changes in Basware


Agile team:

  • As a key member of the product team participating in all agile ceremonies
  • Working together with all product team members to complete assigned user stories planned in sprints on time and in full
  • Coordinating testing activities with HGSS and OpCos teams
  • Supporting the Product Owner in backlog refinement
  • Collaborating with various Product Teams within HEINEKEN, redirect the issues to relevant teams and monitor resolution
  • Collaborating on issue resolution & change requests with Basware

System maintenance:

  • Maintaining Basware application master data (e.g. workflow rules, user group/role definition, organizational configuration)
  • Maintaining Basware business configuration incl. NPO approval matrix
  • Functional monitoring of the tools


Performance Management:

  • Supporting the Service Management team with defining reporting requirements related to Invoice Management tools used in HGSS


 Continuous Improvement (CI):

  • Analyzing incoming support requests and define potential improvements
  • Gathering and providing input for continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder alignment on potential improvements
  • Supporting improvement projects related to Invoice Management tools

You are a good Candidate if:
  • You have Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You have minimum 3 years of overall experience in accounting
  • You have excellent analytical skills
  • You are passionate about understanding business scenarios and developing creative solutions
  • You have very good process understanding of Purchase to Pay Finance processes
  • You have general understanding of the Purchasing processes
  • You have experience with Invoice Management tools and SAP
  • You have basic understating around technical aspects of workflow solutions
  • You have knowledge of Agile/Scrum, experience working in an Agile team a plus.
  • You are customer oriented, self-motivated, solutions driven, detail-oriented and organized
  • You are able to work independently and efficiently to meet objectives
