WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Financial Services industry or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance project components
- Experience in such areas as:
- Business Process Optimization
- “As Is” and “To Be” Analysis, Gap Analysis and Operating Model Road Map creation
- IT systems implementation
- Digital solutions, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Automation, Internet of Things (IoT)
- Relevant experience in Non-Life or Life Insurance:
- Product strategy & development
- Underwriting
- Claims Management
- Price Strategy & Optimization
- Migration Strategy & implementation
- Knowledge of Insurance Software and Core Platforms like Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce / Vlocity, Salesforce.com is an advantage
