Job purpose:

This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Heineken Global Shared Service. D&T is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition. The Local ERP Change Coordinator is part of the Finance Solutions team and is one of the professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. Local ERP Change supports the Finance Solution Manager and Finance Solution Consultants in translating product needs and requirements into deliverable units of work: epics, features, and stories. The person will work with the Finance Solutions team and local Operational Companies D&T representatives to ensure end-product meets business requirements.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Working with the Business Process Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements
  • Managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposing how to resolve these
  • Keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensuring development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Being end-to-end responsible together with team members for delivering the value of a single Product through the entire Product life cycle
  • Delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero defect culture
  • Being responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
  • Being willing to help other team members with removing impediments
  • Being able to reduce complexity of the work that has to be done
  • Supporting the Finance Solution Consultants in facilitating, gathering, defining and prioritizing  requirements with key stakeholders
  • Supporting Finance Solution Consultants to define and own the value definition of Stories
  • Supporting the Finance Solution Consultants to translates client’s business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use cases
  • Completing the user stories with Acceptance Criteria
  • Providing discipline, rigor and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process
  • Supporting the Finance Solution Consultants and local OpCo D&T teams to engage stakeholders to ensure the Product Team is receiving necessary inputs
  • Coordinating implementations with OpCo D&T teams
  • Recognizing the corporate strategy

You are a good Candidate if:
  • you own Bachelor/Master’s degree Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies/Business Administration, Economics or similar field of study
  • you have practical experience 3-5 years in are of Project Management
  • you have 2-3 years’ experience as SAP Key User of junior SAP Functional consultant
  • you have business domain expertise for Finance related products
  • you have skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • you have experience in working with Business Intelligence Tools would be a plus
  • you have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles;
  • you preferably have experience with working in an Agile environment
  • you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people;
  • you have analytical skills - quantitatively strong, highly structured
  • you own a strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas
  • you have ability to work effectively within the product team and influence others to move toward consensus
  • you have ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
  • you have ability to work in teams and work dedicated for a team.

Nice to have:

  • SAP ERP knowledge will be an asset
