Job purpose:

This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Heineken Global Shared Service. D&T is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition. The Celonis Technical Consultant is part of the Finance Platforms team and is one of the professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. Celonis Technical Consultant supports  Business Process Owner in translating process mining architecture and requirements into solutions and participates in the technical development of Process Mining Platform integrated with Central Finance, as well as with other finance solutions used by HEINEKEN Global Finance.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Ensuring consistency of the overall solution
  • Developing and maintaining connection between process mining platform and source systems
  • Collecting and transforming data from source systems
  • Developing and maintaining relevant data model within process mining platform in cooperation with Product Owner and Key Users
  • Working with the Process Specialist to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements
  • Managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
  • Troubleshooting technology problems
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposing how to resolve these
  • Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices and evaluating them for applicability
  • Keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensuring development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Being end-to-end responsible together with team members for delivering the value of a single Product through the entire Product life cycle
  • Delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero defect culture
  • Being responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
  • Being a tech-savvy team member who develops products with innovative elements
  • Being a business and technical consultant that is responsible for the maintenance and development of the product
  • Being able to reduce complexity of the work that has to be done
  • Cooperating with business representatives to work out business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assessing the complexity of these and translating into implementable solutions and configurations
  • Ensuring the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and architecture standards
  • Demonstrating product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders
  • Coordinating work of third party engineers and GIS/D&T global solutions teams to secure successful IT solutions delivery

You are a good Candidate if:
  • you own Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies
  • you have practical experience minimum 3years with Data Modelling and/or Business Intelligence solutions
  • you have strong SQL knowledge
  • you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
  • you have analytical skills: quantitatively strong, highly structured
  • you have technical background with experience in one or more IT areas
  • you have ability to work effectively within the product team and influence others to move toward consensus
  • you have ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
  • you are comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment, a strong grasp of automation and data management tools
  • you have excellent written and verbal English
