A successful candidate will engage in a full lifecycle of complex, international Banking implementation projects, being personally accountable for end-to-end delivery, keeping work on track, practising effective communication with all project stakeholders and building long lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology projects in banking sector;
• Well developed analytical, and organizational skills;
• Excellent English communication skills - both written & spoken;
• Comfortable with information technology, systems and data; cloud-native solutions understanding is a plus, but not a must;
• Understanding of key technical aspects of system implementations;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes;
• Knowledge of and experience in a banking sector.

• Participating in all stages of core banking implementation projects (on-premise as well as cloud-native solutions);
• Leading analytical workshops, meetings and calls with a client to understand their processes, challenges and needs;
• Translating business requirements into functional specification;
• Building common understanding of needs between Client and our technical team
• Being continuously attentive to details and maintaining highest quality of project deliverables;
• Liaising with clients and customers throughout the solution development and delivery cycle, acting as trusted advisor;
• Staying up to date and specializing in the product we deliver by obtaining vendor certifications.
