We are looking for someone with:

• good knowledge and demonstrated experience working with standard design tools (including Adobe Creative Suite, InVision etc.),
• working knowledge of HTML and CSS,
• experience in creating digital assets such as e-mail templates, interactive web banners, landing pages,
• comprehensive understanding of visual design principles,
• solid understanding of printing principles and practices,
• ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines,
• very strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality work,
• fluent English,
• at least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design,
• a portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience and creativity.

As a part of our team you will:

• create design solutions in multiple forms, including web banners, social media posts, email templates, mock-ups, animations, key visuals, logos, reports, posters  and other marketing materials upon the request,
• be responsible for execution of graphic related deliverables for our internal clients according to a given specification,
• create accurate time estimations of design tasks,
• be a brand identity guardian (overseeing brand visual consistency),
• translate conceptual drafts and complex data into clear, creative and memorable visual stories,

The team support marketing teams in Central Europe countries. Team members will cooperate closely with CE Marketing Team from Warsaw and Prague. Team will support internal stakeholders in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns in accordance with brand standards and digital best practices.
