CRM Specialist in Marketing, Communication and Business Development team
Role:
We are looking for a skilled specialist who is eager to master PwC’s CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud) and will be able to share the knowledge and give guidance to users.
The key responsibilities will be:
-
providing ongoing business support to CRM users,
-
support with face-to-face or group user trainings,
-
managing the CRM related processes and working with a regional team on the possible enhancements of the tools,
-
prepare tailored reports and dashboards,
-
interacting with support teams to resolve users’ technical issues,
-
supporting PwC’s key initiatives and programmes from a CRM perspective,
-
watching over the quality of the data in the system.
Candidate’s profile:
-
Can-do attitude,
-
previous experience on working with a CRM in a medium/large scale multi territory company,
-
excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate and build relations,
-
analytical thinking and paying attention to details,
-
fluent English is a must have,
-
good Excel skills,
-
experience with working with Salesforce CRM (will be an asset),
-
project management skills (will be an asset),
-
knowledge of data mining techniques (will be an asset).
