We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our Digital Banking Solutions team for the position of an IT Architect (Banking).

A successful candidate will engage in a full lifecycle of complex, international Banking implementation projects, being personally accountable for end-to-end delivery, keeping work on track, practising effective communication with all project stakeholders and building long lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology projects in banking sector in an architect role;
• Knowledge of and experience in architecture frameworks;   
• Well developed analytical, and organizational skills;
• Excellent English communication skills - both written & spoken;
• Understanding of key technical aspects of system implementations;
• Strong communication and relationship management skills;
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes;
• Knowledge of and experience in a banking sector.

• Participating in all stages of core banking implementation projects (on-premise as well as cloud-native solutions);
• Leading architecture streams, workshops, meetings and calls with a client to understand their landscape, challenges and needs;
• Designing architecture landscape;
• Providing an architectural direction and authority for the core system implementation;
• Making strategic recommendations to senior management.
