Would you like to get an experience working in an international company?
Currently, within IT Department, we are looking for an Intern to join Operational Excellence team in Rzeszow. Your future team, is mainly focusing on ensuring and leveraging the success of the business process management approach and initiatives by promoting OpEx culture and providing business process improvement services to support the Deloitte strategy and goals.
- Energized, positive and eager to learn student;
- Very good analytical skills;
- Proactive and inquiring approach to improving processes or services;
- Attention to detail and team-working skills;
- Basic knowledge of process management;
- High-level of proficiency with MS Office (mainly Visio and PowerPoint) and expertise in the analysis and presentation of data;
- Very good English konwledge;
- Experience related to the analysis of business processes and BPMN notation would be an asset;
- Experience in IT or knowledge of ITIL will be an advantage.
Other prerequisites

Your future role
- Collaboration with Process Owners and Process Managers to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems;
- Mapping existing processes and designing improved ones;
- Analyzing business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated;
- Verification of changes introduced in systems supporting ITSM processes, mainly ServiceNow.
