Deloitte Digital Internship & Mentoring Programme

Digital Spring is an internship programme that includes mentoring provided by our Digital Champions. You choose which path you are going to take - Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Technology or Support.

Depending on your availability it can take 2 or 3 months with potential for extension and permanent job offer in the future. 

What interests you the most? If by any chance your answer is „digital world” or „digital consulting”, we would be more than happy to help you start your digital journey this spring!

Designed for penultimate year undergraduates, those going on to complete a Masters or fresh graduates, this two to three-months placement will give you a true insight into what a career at Deloitte Digital could mean for you.

You’ll be doing real work from day one, helping solve complex client problems. Discover what excites and interests you. Impress us and you could end up with a permanent role here when you graduate.

Digital Marketing Enthusiasts

You will be a regular team member of the brand and advertising offering. Your task will be to deliver projects which help in better customer understanding and improving brand perception. You will also be involved in consumer trend monitoring program.

Sales Heroes/Heroines

You will work on a real consulting project under conscious and proactive support of experienced managers. We offer you the opportunity to work on the most innovative solutions and methodology for the sales area. As a part of our sales process, you will learn about all sales phases of IT projects.

Delivery Advocates 

In Customer Service Excellence we thrive to elevate human experience by enabling effective, omni-channel service. You will be helping us to understand customer service trends and cutting edge omni-channel technologies. You will be working with our clients to understand their needs and challenges.

Tech Ninjas

Our work is largely the technology. We are looking for people who will want to support us in technological projects by working on documentation, creation of products trainings, testing and building knowledge bases for customers in areas such as CRM, Integration, Marketing Automation, CPQ, Commerce Tools.

Support Soldiers

We are also looking for people for very traditional and necessary elements in our work model, which allow you to understand and support the project delivery and management process hands on together with an experienced manager. This role is for operational, financial, quality, PMO enthusiasts.

The internship profile you chose may be just the beginning of your development path. Everything will depend on your passion, skills and attitude.  If, during the internship, it turns out that your predispositions and desires lie elsewhere, it will be possible to change the path in the final contract.
