We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our Digital Banking Solutions team for the position of a PMO Support Specialist.

You will become part of a team delivering IT systems implementation projects around the globe.

Requirements:

• At least 3-year experience including 1 year in project management office and coordination,
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word,
• Passionate about precision and accuracy,
• Knowledgeable in Project Management methodology,
• Very good command of English language,
• Advanced presentation skills,
• Able to work independently as well as a team member,
• Strong organizational skills,
• Extremely well organized, dynamic with positive attitude, sense of responsibility and confidentiality,
• Able to adapt to changing business environment,
• Able to work within international environment,
• Aiming to become a skilled Project Manager in the future.

• Collect information, communicate and generate necessary documents (including travel plans, expenses reports, schedules, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports),
• Organize project structure and documentation flow,
• Use standardized structure for project documentation,
• Organize and hold work stream progress meetings,
• Track and monitor project progress,
• Update project documentation on ongoing basis,
• Identify and escalate potential risks and issues and taking corrective actions,
• Motivate project members and other involved staff to achieve best possible working environment, standards of work, motivation, and performance.
