Who we're looking for

We are looking for a forward-thinking HR professional who believes that HR activities add great value to business and is willing to work closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders in order to achieve impact that matters to our people. Thus you should have: 

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition area of human resources management and,
  • Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for financial roles, preferably M&A area,
  • Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships,
  • Strong marketing, brand building and negotiation skills,
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail,
  • Ability to establish good rapport with internal customers at every level of the organizational structure,
  • Resiliency and self-confidence, combined with developed argument skills,
  • Ability to learn and implement new solutions related to HR,
  • Fluency in written and verbal Polish and English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of Financial Advisory and M&A Market – will be an advantage.

HR Coordinator in Financial Advisory at Deloitte plays a vital role in all process and systems tailored to assure the best professional and personal journeys for our employees, and helps align people strategies with current and future business needs. Foremost you will:

 Act  as a partner and trusted advisor to business leaders in Talent Acquisition Processes – this includes:

  • Managing ongoing candidate relationship, all through the entire hiring life cycle (Sourcing and screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick offs and debrief sessions, negotiate offers, managing offer approval process, extending offers and rejecting candidates,
  • Continuously building and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders,
  • Partner with the business and act as an advisor, creating synergy and agility of decision-making
  • Partner with Core Talent Services team to leverage on sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates to meet hiring demand and productivity targets
  • Networking within the marketplace to understand competitive landscape and compensation practices,
  • Handling communication within the team and aiding in preparing schedules for recruitment activities and their execution
  • Managing recruiting metrics, reports, pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting and diversity sourcing

 Take part and support HR Managers in developing and implementing broad range of learning & development, well-being, performance management and engagement programs and projects aimed to enhance our employees professional and personal journeys – his includes:

  • Supporting Talent Team in developing Employer Branding strategy and approach for Financial Advisory professionals.
  • Taking part in long term and short term internal HR projects run by Talent Team and aimed to develop new tools, programs and solutions to meet our business and employees’ needs,
  • Participating in activities undertaken to improve HR processes and internal communication.
