Your responsibilities would include:

• being a leader for PowerBI/SharePoint Application Developers Team
• seeking for new opportunities for implementation of new report and optimization of existing reports for HGSS in Power BI
• optimizing information and reporting structure for internal HGSS management purposes by creating PowerBI solutions for finance, HR, transformation, CPI, performance related reports etc.
• unlocking efficiency and improving processes in cooperation with Global Process Owners by delivering reports in PowerBI within the current HGSS operational scope
• contribute to achieving efficiency in operations and supporting functions in HGSS by automating reporting landscape implementing BI technology
• prioritizing projects/developments and resource management
• defining strategy for PowerBI community / Key Users Network in HGSS organization
• cooperating with GIS on optimal usage of data sources, consulting PowerBI/SharePoint solutions and understanding best practices and new developments in BI Solutions
• ensuring maximum reusability of existing data sources and models
• communicating new PowerBI solutions
• creating multi-disciplinary teams for more complex PowerBI /Sharepoint developments
• influencing in the organization Data Driven Organization mindset

• planning resources for the team, recruiting right people and on-board them in the new role
• setting and describing SMART team and individuals objectives linked to HEINEKEN Global and HEINEKEN Krakow vison & strategy
• planning individual’s and team tasks over time
• providing ongoing, regular 1-2-1 feedback to team members on their performance and development
• handling underperformance timely and effectively and recognizing good performance and reward best people
• assisting in creating SMART development plans based on 70/20/10 approach
• planning succession, developing best people in the pipeline for leaders or experts

• breaking the communication silos and foster team collaboration
• effectively managing changes in the team

You are a good Candidate if:

• you have Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT/finance
• you have experience in managing technical development teams in reporting area
• you have experience in project and resource planning
• you have ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• you have ability to understand system complexity and translate technical concepts into solutions/applications
• you have experience in data modelling and data model normalization
• you have knowledge of DAX and Power Query M language
• you have ability to develop dashboards/ reports from multiple data sources
• you have ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and define recommendations

Nice to have:

• experience in working with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, OBIEE, DOMO)
• good knowledge of SQL, MS Azure
• knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
• experience in working with SAP tables
