Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

ServiceNow Analyst

Location: Warszawa/Kraków/remote

ServiceNow is the enterprise platform that enables Service Management at PwC. Using this platform, our team helps Internal Firm Services transform how they deliver and manage services to the business, and how the business manages services to our clients.

Role

  • Provide day-to-day end-user second level support for the global ITSM tool:

    • Analyze and resolve incidents

    • Identify problems and log known errors

    • Manage service requests

    • Participate in change management process for changes

  • Troubleshoot issue and determine root-cause of problems users are facing

  • Resolve functional and technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately

  • Manage system configuration

  • Monitor system scheduled tasks and take actions in case of errors identified

  • Provide documentation on how to use global system

  • Conduct testing for subsequent developments of the application

  • Perform special assignments as requested

 

Profile

  • At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology or a related field.

  • 2+ years of ITSM tool support would be expected

  • Experience in configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform, or any other ITSM application suite

  • Experience working in a support analyst/specialist role for global clients

  • Service orientation with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration capabilities

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills

  • Understanding of ITSM best practice (ITIL)

  • Fluent English is essential for this job

  • Previous experience  in application testing will be considered as an asset
