RTR Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- lead a team of RTR Specialists,
- act as a Subject Matter Expert for the team,
- support in designing and overseeing the implementation of a portfolio of projects to standardize processes across all Regions,
- ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports generated through ERP,
- oversee the submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports required by the region,
- apply techniques and standards to solve unusual issues and improve the process,
- organize regular meetings, be a coach and mentor for the team,
- ensure fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
- build a strong relationship with key stakeholders,
- proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX and internal control environment,
- close cooperation with RTR Process Manager.
Requirements:
- must have a deep background in GL/RTR,
- at least 5 years of experience in the RTR space inside large and complex, multinational organizations. Additional experience preferred,
- strong background and knowledge of GL/RTR process,
- very good knowledge of English (C1), additional language will be an asset (German, Dutch, Flemish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Greek),
- professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/MBA/PMI) will be a plus,
- working knowledge of other global accounting standards (ex. IFRS, IASB),
- good knowledge of SAP transactions & Office 365 tools (Excel especially),
- strong problem-solving competencies.
