This role is part of the D&T (Digital and Technology) department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Heineken Global Shared Service in Cracow. Your responsibilities would include:

• Being responsible for all the D&T Technology Team from the HR and Legal point of view
• Ensuring that all legal and internal company policies apply to the team
• Keeping and improving the spirit and good environment following our HEINEKEN values and principles
• Coordinating all the activities from the Chapter Leads to ensure that all team members work in their capabilities, certifications, and critical experiences as part of the PDP of each one of them, following the AGILE ways of working and HEINEKEN's AGILE playbook
• Helping people to increase their knowledge, experience and capabilities
• Preparing mapping files (design, how-to, governance) for every entity that is migrated
• Before, during, and after Solution Identification (SOL ID) ensure and coordinate that OpCo’s are instructed and ready to fill in the mapping templates accordingly
• Identify any mapping gaps and address them with appropriate project teams, such as Business Solution Design or Technology, ensuring it will be resolved
• Support on designing of reconciliation reports – design, checks, validations, documentation;
• Act as a point of contact for assigned OpCos on Data Migration matters, and be the point of contact for all applicable Heineken teams, as well as external Vendors in workshops and meetings
• Developing, improving and running extraction, conversion and load solutions
• Supporting data mapping and integration execution and end-to-end reconciliation
• Providing technical solutions with regards to data migration (i.e. support testing in resolving data related test incidents)
• Ensuring adherence to HEINEKEN data standards and indicate gaps towards the target solution and processes
• Managing the data migration per phase of the project (unit testing, UAT, deployment etc.)
• Aligning with Data Modeling and Data Governance teams on data migration
• Initiating and provide trainings for the data work stream (when it applies)

You are a good Candidate if:

• You have at least 5+ years, hands on, data Migration project with S/4Hana as a target system (or ECC as second best option)
• You have understanding of main objects: Customer, Vendor, Items, transactional data and their dependencies
• You have general understanding of main modules: Finance (most relevant), Sales and Procurement
• You have SAP Central Finance (CFIN) project experience is a big plus
• You demonstrate exceptional active listening and communication skills, able to bring the message across to different audiences
• Scrum Agile way of working (nice to have)
• You have have fluency in English 

Technical Skills:

• Data Migration to S/4Hana
• SAP Data Services expert (former Business Object Data Services)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL (code)
• SAP LSMW (with advanced Abap code)
• SAP Bapi/Idocs for data load into S4
• Syniti ADM (as a major plus)
• Knowledge of ERPs like SAP, JDE, MS Navision
•  Data Migration tools like BODS, ADM and other migration workbenches
• SQL and coding skills
