What will you do?
- Fetching information from various sources related to Behavioral Science/Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Social Sciences to create new frameworks
- Designing framework for questionnaire and other assessment
- Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts
- Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
- Doing custom analytics to deliver insights to clients
- Run numeric simulations leveraging different statistic techniques
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Contribute to authoring of Thought leadership and research papers
- Contribute to innovation and new product development in the people and organization analytics space
What are we looking for?
- MBA/Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Social Sciences
- PhD (preferred in social sciences) Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Social Sciences
- Fluency in English
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business data analysis and research related to Behavioral Science/Industrial and Organizational Psychology/ Social Sciences
- Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies
- Knowledge in Behavioral Science//Industrial and Organizational Psychology/ Social Sciences
- Tools: Advanced Excel and R
- Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic models and digital tools
