Perfect candidate for this role: 

• is familiar with good practices of Agility and knowledgeable about the Scrum framework as well as the Kanban Method 
• is a flexible individual with a servant leadership mindset 
• has good understanding of workflow and Kanban practices 
• is a team player with excellent communication and conflict management skills 
• has creative approach to problem solving 
• acts with can-do attitude and has ability to inspire and maintain team spirit
• is Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) 
• has professional experience in developing/maintaining products using the Scrum Framework or the Kanban Method 

Nice to have: 

• Team Kanban Practicioner (TKP) or Kanban Management Professional (KMP I) certifications 
• Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I) certificate
• additional languages (other than Polish and English) 

You will be responsible for:

• co-creation and implementation of a plan introducing practices of Agility mainly based on the Kanban Method or partly on the Scrum Framework 
• cooperation with senior management on the identification of areas in need of Agile transformation 
• coordinating the processes of various teams in order to successfully deliver high quality products
• facilitating team meetings and communication 
• educating teams and our clients on Agile mindset 
• supporting Project Managers with their Agile journey 
• removing impediments and blockers teams are facing 
• improving quality standards and procedures, looking for new ways/approaches of projects delivery 
• work in diverse international environment and remote teams.
