Your responsibilities would include:
  • Ensuring maintenance of master data related to controlling
  • Providing audit support specific to managerial accounting/reporting
  • Executing assigned process controls and proactively reporting any instances of non-compliance
  • Preparing and monitoring actual results. Supporting each monthly accounting close (analysing cost, accruals preparation etc.)
  • Supporting the preparation of the consolidated Management Reports (incl. CIL) with the aim of supporting the HGSS’s performance analysis and decision-making
  • Identifying issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise
  • Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with TLs, PMs, GSP&BC and other key stakeholders
  • Continuously improving of the reporting tools

You are a good Candidate if:
  • You have Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You have around 3 years of experience in planning & control
  • You are detail oriented and focused on quality
  • You have excellent Excel skills and very good working knowledge of SAP
  • You present very good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Your command of English is on a very good level
