PwC Custom Solutions practice is a team of experienced professionals – Software Programmers, Solution Architects and UX / UI Designers. We create solutions from scratch which allows us to use the most efficient technology stack - best for the Client but also interesting for the delivery team. We create applications using the most popular technology like Java which mixed with other components (spring framework) and specific approach (cloud, microservices) allows us to deliver high quality, accessible and reusable solutions. Next to our team of web apps we have a very skilled team of mobile engineers (iOS / Android), which allows us to deliver omnichannel platforms also with mobile access. Everything we implement is analysed in the first phase by our team of UI / UX specialists and architects which design in detail what will be done in the implementation phase. UX Designer

Job Description:

• Creating interactive mockups and prototypes of websites and applications

• Taking part in project meetings - collecting requirements, conducting workshops with the client

• Preparing user research and running usability tests

• Active support at product development phase

• Responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of entrusted projects

• Gathering feedback and continuous improvement of the projects

• Providing consultancy and maintaining cooperation with PwC team and company clients

Requirements:

• Experience in designing web and mobile user interfaces

• Knowledge of design patterns and understanding of systematic approach to design

• Experience in defining user flows

• Ability to apply user experience design skills to business needs

• Attention to detail

• Analytical thinking and creative problem solving

• Practical knowledge of different platforms and dimensions in user interface design

• Attitude for listening and teamwork

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• Availability and mobility during the implementation of the project in Poland and abroad (according to preferences)

• Command of English at the level which allows to communicate with the client and other members of the team

• Practical knowledge and theoretical understanding of Design Thinking approach to product and service design

• Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience in conducting user research and usability testing will be an asset
