Your responsibilities would include:

• Coordinating service delivery in the assigned area

• Ensuring proactive involvement in projects of all respctive parties

• Developing standards, procedures and work instructions related to providing effective support

• Providing support to the IT department

• Supporting IT Management in establishing contracts by defining SLAs, Statements of Work and governance

• Providing suggestions and implementing improvements

• Providing status reports

• Ensuring breaches are followed-up by analysis and measures to ensure future prevention

• Coordinating the analysis and resolution of operational incidents

• Acting as a central point in case of security incidents related to services provided

You are a good Candidate if:

• Your English is fluent

• You have BA or MA degree in Information Technology

• Your analytical skills are strong

• You have experience in IT Service Management frameworks and processes

• You have experience in working in an multinational environment

• Your experience is connected to supporting a service portfolio of medium to high complexity

• You have experience in servicing global hosting including SAP, non-SAP, operating systems, colocation, virtualisation, cloud, security measures, disaster recovery etc.

• You have ITIL or project certification (as an asset)
