• graduate with 3-4 years of working experience in consulting, preferably public-sector-oriented;
• sound understanding of the organization of public sector system in Poland and in the EU and their operating framework;
• interest in/ knowledge of any of the following: investment and financing (incl. PPP), sustainable and smart city, urban development, green transformation, digitalization of public sector, strategies and policies, mobility, education, health, good governance, etc.;
• experience in any of the above mentioned fields will be a strong asset;
• bright, resilient, detail-oriented, critical and strategic thinker able to solve complex problems;
• excellent search and analytical skills, great organizational and planning capabilities;
• highly developed presentation and communication skills;
• good team player, able to work independently on multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time;
• very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS PowerPoint and MS Excel;
• impeccable verbal and written communication skills, strong command of spoken and written English and Polish

You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team focused on public sector clients and offering. You will support project management, project pipeline development and implementation of comprehensive projects. You will be responsible for supporting the team in managing tasks (PMO), carrying out market analyses and analyzing strategic documents/guidelines.

Your responsibilities:

• PMO;
• conducting market research, analysis of documents;
• participation in the preparation of tenders;
• analysis of information in the area of EU & Polish law, market trends in specific sectors, monitoring relevant regulations, challenges, needs and preparing solutions for our clients;
• supporting creation of business development and go-to-market strategies;
• assistance in preparing proposals, strategies and other consulting projects for public clients;
• participation in creating and implementation of complex and integrated solutions for local, regional and central governments as well as other public entities;
• interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
