The purpose of PowerBI CoE is to deliver professional PowerBI solutions enabling efficiency internally in HGSS and the OpCos (on demand PowerBI solutions delivery).

Your responsibilities would include:

• Development of internal PowerBI solutionsas per organizational demand and prioritization in line with Management by Metrics principles
• Development of on demand PowerBI solutions for OpCos / Central Functions
• Optimal usage of available data sources
• Maintenance and development of existing solutions
• Maintenance of the inventory of reports in PowerBI
• Supporting of PowerBI community / Key Users Network in HGSS organization
• Ensuring that allthe PowerBI solutions adhere toPowerBI standard
• Supporting of CPI and efficiency improvement initiatives driven in HGSSby creating proper insight into structured data
• Supporting and right hand to Power BI CoE Lead 

You are The Candidate if:

You have:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT/Finance
• Ability to understand system complexity and translate technical concepts into solutions/applications
• Experience in data modelling and data model normalization
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query M language
• Ability to develop dashboards/ reports from multiple data sources
• Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and definerecommendations

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, OBIEE, DOMO)
• Good knowledge of SQL, MS Azure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Experience in working with SAP tables
• Minimum 3-5 years of practicalexperiencein creating reports in PowerBI tooland Power BI Service (Data Flows, Linked Entities, Data Sets)
