As a System Implementation Consultant, you’ll work as part of a cross-functional Technology team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our Clients and project teams solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
System Implementation Consultant in Financial Crime Unit
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead small to medium implementations of technology solutions and tools for the Clients or
-
Lead stream of work within larger Client initiatives
-
Work with Client and PwC business teams on identifying and addressing their needs for technology solutions and support
-
Work with Client and PwC technology teams such as developer, security teams or infrastructure and system administrators and other in order to design, understand feasibility and manage the delivery of the solutions including management of dependencies on the Clients and third parties

Be actively involved in technology product development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing Clients

Identify opportunities and propose approach to automations and improvements of business processes leveraging technology

Connect work of various tech teams to facilitate efforts of designing solutions customized to the business processes

Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
-
Develop work plans, project approaches and methods for technology projects

Establish effective working relationships directly with Clients
-
Deliver quality service to a variety of top-tier Clients
-
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical and implementation framework acumen
-
Take part in quality control, pre- and post-implementation projects of IT systems in order to assess the results of implementation and give recommendations
Requirements:
-
University degree in Economics/IT/Finance etc.

At least 3 years of consulting experience including use of methodical approaches to managing Client projects, software implementation, software development, technology and business process solution design

Knowledge of or proven ability to quickly embrace technical design or architecture

Knowledge or a proven record of success in area of one or more technology systems while being a functional team member in consulting, designing, and implementing application-based solutions,
-
Understanding the common issues facing Clients in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, insurance and/or investment management)

Familiarity with modern systems, platforms, information security and controls frameworks
-
English – fluent both written and spoken

Ability to successfully operate in a multitasking environment

Strong presentation and communication skills

Project management certificates are an advantage
-
Scrum or Agile framework certification is an advantage
-
Proactive and driving attitude combined with team orientation and readiness to learn and consult with experts and stakeholders
