Your responsibilities would include:
  • Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with suppliers, employees, local Operating Companies, other teams within HEINEKEN Kraków and other key stakeholders
  • Performing daily tasks (depending on assigned role) and company policies
  • Providing reports on request, analyze them and draw conclusions
  • Responding to queries from Operating Companies/ HEINEKEN Kraków departments/ Banks/ Global Treasury via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes
  • Constantly seeking to improve processes
  • Identifying issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue arises
  • Knowing and acting as team ambassador of Team’s vision and strategy
  • Being a backup of Team Leader in operational meetings with Operating Company, daily huddles with team
  • Being responsible for operational delivery based on business objectives with expected quality
  • Monitoring team’s daily performance
  • Being a first escalation point for the team and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that effective controls are executed, delivering monthly control reports
  • Bringing constructive challenging ideas, taking ownership of agreed actions
  • On boarding new team members
  • Supporting recruitment of Junior Administrators
  • Supporting Team Leader in status check of objective and development plans for team members
  • Flagging to Team Leader potential performance issues
  • Being empowered as first line people related issues
  • Supporting Team Leader in change management activitie

You are a good Candidate if:
  • Your level of English is on fluent level
  • You have a few years experience is related to Purchase to Pay/Shared Services Center area
  • You have strong attention to details
  • Your analytical skills are on a high level
  • You have experience in SAP system (as an asset)
  • Your knowledge of Excel is on an intermediate level
  • You are able to work in teams
  • You are able to adjust and manage a rapidly evolving business and shared service environment
  • You are interested in developing leadership skills
  • You have ability to effectively communicate and coordinate others 
  • You have very good problem solving skills
  • You present very good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
