Our Business Analysis - Practice Support team oversees Information Technology project lifecycles to help align our Information Technology solutions with our business needs by identifying and addressing gaps. As a part of the team, you’ll help optimise opportunity cost, document the right requirements to create solutions that meet user needs, improve efficiency by reducing rework, and shortening project timelines.
EM/FI Accountant
Role:

Advising on new accounting concepts and international standards

Impact assessment on existing global standards
-
Cooperation with Reporting Operations Lead on changes to Global Standard Set of Reports

Cooperation with EMFI systems architects on accounting schemes to be built or changes in the systems

Working together with the System Implementation team to ensure smooth adoption of global standards and handling exceptions
Profile:

Solid experience (6+ years) in finance or accounting preferable with a multinational company,

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar is necessary,
-
Understanding of finance and accounting processes, procedures and internal controls,
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders,

Highly developed communication skills with ability to influence through personal credibility, integrity and professionalism,

Analytical and solution oriented to resolve complex accounting or reporting issues, with attention to detail,
-
Ability to identify business issues and opportunities through financial analysis and reporting,

Ability to manage competing priorities,

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills,

Fluency in both verbal and written English as working language,

Demonstrated proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP is a plus,
