Business Process Analyst / Territory Liaison
A part of the Global Business Operating Systems (BOS) team, responsible for supporting change management in business processes and systems' integrations projects in PwC territories.
The specific role will be an integral part of a Business Systems Support team operating in Poland with aim to provide technology support and guidance to the internal clients across PwC network companies on the global scale.

Provide in-depth and thorough analysis of the end-to-end processes and data flows across all elements of the PwC Business, with particular focus on the Client cycle and engagement management.

Collect information to ensure the accuracy of process documentations and maps across globally applicable processes;

Prepare for and attend in meetings with territories to explain global process, understand territory specifics and help to find compromise / workarounds to align

Support end-to-end testing and development teams related to business processes

Support production documenting, and implementation support

Participate in the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization

Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes, for consumption by Territories
Candidate Profile

Solid understanding of business processes, data flows
-
Experience in documenting as-is and to-be processes using professional process and mapping tools, experience with multiple process and mapping tools would be a plus.

Analytical mindset and numerical capabilities allowing for proactive resolution of problems raised by business users. Although not a requirement a deep understanding of accounting would be distinct advantage

Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems

Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests

Understand the nature of business within a large multinational organization (ie. multiple stakeholders, cross time zone cooperation, cultural diversity, offshore colleagues, )

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Fluent in written and spoken English

Good understanding of capabilities of cloud platforms, specifically Workday, Salesforce, Oracle and SAP S/4 (does not require development/technical skills) will be a big asset
