Job Summary:

Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree

Preferred Fields of Study: Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science


Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

  • Creating/conveying a value proposition (oral or written) including ability to identify the issue (prepare and listen), share insight, validate, co-develop a solution, and move to the next steps;

  • Possessing judgment to foresee technical issues based on approaches and have an understanding of the impact of issues/ideas as they relate to a firms strategic initiatives and objectives;

  • Communicating across Lines of Service (XLOS) and across Functional Firm leadership;

  • Possessing project management, prioritization, and time management skills;

  • Navigating and working in a heavily matrixed organization; 

  • Demonstrating skills in Integration technologies such as SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel Data Analysis;

  • Demonstrating skills in dedicated Data Quality tools e.g. Informatica DEQ;

  • Understanding the principles of Enterprise Data Models and their application;

  • Possessing data management skills focused on data profiling, standardization, trust rules;

  • Demonstrating analytical data analysis skills and the ability to work independently;

  • Possessing knowledge of functional and system data quality specifications, and assisting in the creation of test plans and quality assurance procedures for the DQMS platform;

  • Working with different stakeholder reporting requirements and knowledge of the context of the information provided

  • Collaborating with BOS system owners and Domain Owners to improve DQ;

  • Developing ways to improve quality, or support new validation controls within Global applications;

  • Identifying and remediating data quality programs affecting the Global Systems landscape;

  • Defining and leading DQ remediation efforts;

  • Designing DQ reports that supporting a wide range of reporting requirements;

  • Working with offshore teams managing day to day operations across multiple continents in different time zones;

  • Defining User Acceptance Testing criteria and overseeing execution to completion; and,

  • Identifying and leading certain small projects associated with the Data Quality Management Service.
