Your responsibilities would include:
  • Being responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation process including cash transactions reconciliation
  • Preparing and posting journal entries
  • Performing Fixed Asset accounting
  • Maintaining Banking Account
  • Performing VAT accounting process
  • Providing audit support specific to general accounting
  • Performing the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports that meet or exceed the Service Level Agreement
  • Responding to queries from OpCo via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes RtR Administrator
  • Cooperating with Sub-Ledger teams (AP, AR, Cash Management) in accounts reconciliation/ analyse all general ledger accounts
  • Supporting General Accounting Manager in identifying, defining and implementing processes improvement opportunities
  • Identifing and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, RTR) issues
  • Assisting with operational dashboard. Ensuring data for all assigned metrics are available
  • Coordinating compliance of the process and proactively introduce best practices

You are a good Candidate if:
  • you own Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • you have bilingual/fluent level of Russian
  • you have drive for results
  • you have pay attention to details and quality
  • you have excellent Excel skills
  • you have basic understanding of financial fundamentals and business framework
  • you have strong customer service skills
  • your have good working knowledge of SAP
