

Who we're looking for
- Very good German verbal and written communication skills;
- Professional helpdesk/customer service experience will be an asset;
- Good English verbal and written communication skills;
- Higher IT education (or related field of study) or technical school;
- Very good knowledge of office applications (MS Office suite);
- Very good knowledge of Windows systems;
- Good knowledge of network issues;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in the team;
- Interest into Technology.
Other prerequisites

Your future role
- Remote technical support for other employees in problems with applications and technologies;
- Delivering high quality standard customer service;
- Registration, classification and realization of reports according to existing procedures;
- Close cooperation with other IT teams;
- Report service within the notification system;
- Working within your area to help deliver both local and Global initiatives;
- Continual service improvement, looking to help better the service, supporting others in doing and/or putting your own ideas and initiatives forward;
- Grow and developing yourself – through the creation of individual developmental plans and with support of peers;
- Take ownership and manage problems to their successful resolutions.
