

Who we're looking for
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience ideally within a fast paced recruitment environment.
- Proven previous experience utilizing databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with both the clients and the team
- Excellent analytical skills with a results oriented and positive attitude
- Client-service minded, with a drive to provide excellence
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both Polish and English.

- Participating in reviewing, developing and maintaining a high-quality recruitment process and policies firm-wide in order to attract top talents
- Building strong relationships with our internal clients, in order to have a full understanding of the business and of their recruitment needs
- Handling the recruitment process from A to Z for a specific population
- Use various channels to look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Assist in branding by establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for Deloitte, both internally and externally
- Understanding recruitment standards and related processes and ensuring best practice throughout the team
- Keeping track of and analysing recruitment metrics, providing the necessary reports and advice to the team and management
- Facilitating recruitment related training for the recruiters within the business lines
