Job purpose:

The Process Analyst Lead role has dual responsibility as Business Leader and People Leader. As Business Leader ensures the delivery of Analytical information and insights (analytics allowing for the interpretation of data from various systems, reports, KPIs) according to agreed standards and effective collaboration with internal and external clients and stakeholders. As People Leader supervises the team and its operational deliverables, supports employee’s development, builds engagement and fosters collaboration across teams.


Your responsibilities would include:

As Business Leader:

  • Understanding and being able to communicate the company strategy to the team and individuals
  • Establishing the team strategy aligned with process and HEINEKEN Krakow high level strategy and priorities
  • Executing the delivery of Analytical information with expected service objectives and quality
  • Taking ownership for end-to-end Analytical information reporting
  • Solving operational issues and taking preventive actions
  • Ensuring complete and up to date process documentation
  • Actively attending the relevant operational meetings to discuss and address issues
  • Proactively raising any issue on design or execution of Analytical information reporting and proposing changes to make process effective and efficient.
  • Bringing constructive, challenging ideas to drive Analytical information reporting optimization and taking ownership of the agreed actions
  • Playing a role of BI Solutions owner (KPI tree and other reporting for HGSS internal and external purposes) by defining improvements and developments needed (BI Solutions backlog), also working with operations and GPO
  • Prioritizing improvement backlog for BI Solutions and reporting there available
  • Working on daily basis with D&T Finance team (agile methodology) translating business requirements to technical requirements, making sure that reporting of the highest quality is delivered
  • Supervising creation of simple PowerBI reports in the team based on existing data sources
  • Making sure that the team develops and delivers proper training / awareness sessions to all BI Solutions users
  • Helping to secure proper funds for BI Solutions developments in D&T finance by creating visibility of backlog
  • Making sure that end users of BI Solutions are getting proper support in case of issues with the solutions
  • Communicating new developments in BI Solution

As People Leader:

  • Coaching and developing her/his reportees
  • Planning resources for the team, recruiting right people, on-boarding them in the new role
  • Setting & describing SMART team and individuals objectives linked to HEINEKEN Global and HEINEKEN Krakow vison & strategy
  • Planning individual’s and team tasks over time
  • Providing ongoing, regular 1-2-1 feedback to team members on their performance and development
  • Handling underperformance timely and effectively and recognizing good performance and reward best people
  • Assisting to create SMART development plans based on 70/20/10 approach
  • Planning succession, developing best people in the pipeline for leaders or experts
  • Providing regular coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Effectively managing changes in the team

You are a good Candidate if:

Must have:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reporting / Analytical data
  • Excellent Microsoft Office package working skills
  • Power BI knowledge and experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Engagement and drive for results
  • Ability to effectively manage the relationship with Senior stakeholders
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
  • Used to work under stringent deadlines, keeping in mind quality, accuracy and time
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Ability to understand system complexity and translate technical concepts into solutions/applications Page 3 of 3
  • Ability to develop dashboards/ reports from multiple data sources
  • Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and define recommendations
  • Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience as leader and 4 years of operational experience in the process / area
  • Excellent written and verbal English
