Four our Client, Fintech Company with offices in London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Paris, we are currently looking for Business Development Lead, B2B Saas Sales Expert to join the business and the team in the new office in Warsaw.
Responsibilities:
- own and deliver on sales target,
- build lasting relationships with key prospects,
- work across the sales cycle,
- shape sales agenda and become a B2B SaaS sales expert training and coach junior colleagues,
- utilize resources,
- manage multiple stakeholders,
- use digital tools to manage your workflow (a CRM system),
- unlocking up- and cross-sell opportunities,
Requirements:
- at least 4-6 years in SaaS business development, sales development OR at least 3-5 year of experience from either PE, M&A or Consulting,
- well organized and like to plan ahead,
- written and verbal communication skills,
- experience in managing multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Customer Success as well as Product Development),
- knowledge of using CRM systems to track the progress of your deals,
- self-starting – proactively come up with new ideas and independently drive progress,
- fluent in English (min. C1), additional European languages strongly beneficial.
