Specialist in Employee Experience & HR Transformation Team
Role:
As a Specialist in Employee Experience & HR Transformation Team together with other team members you”ll:

Drive a culture of continuous listening and improvement by gathering data, using surveys and other tools,
-
Implement a detailed strategy and blueprint for transformation processes in HR,
-
Implement solutions that solve problems and add value to the business and HR,
-
Align HR technology with the business priorities,
-
Improve HR processes and do the mapping of them,
-
Design of the effective and unique digital employee experience,
-
Act as PM during the transformation and transition projects within the HR area,
-
Be subject matter expert during HR transformation and transition projects as well as advisor in HR processes and technology.
Profile:
-
Background in HR Transformation Consulting and/or projects,
-
Experience in mapping HR processes,
-
Experience with Workday system,
-
Strong digital and data analysis skills,
-
The ability to work independently and deliver results,
-
The ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges,
-
Background in automation of HR data reporting and analysis processes would be a serious advantage,
-
Previous Ex experience would be nice to have,

Fluency in English.
