Your responsibilities would include:
  • providing day-to-day end user support for GRC systems
  • end user access management
  • scoping and scheduling Heineken control assessments in the system (SAP Process Controls / Bwise)
  • GRC applications functional support; identify the workaround/solutions and resolve incident within the agreed service level
  • participation in hot fix/application upgrade projects (User Acceptance Testing)
  • stakeholder/vendor management/close cooperation with second line of support
  • supporting SAP AC mitigations, SAP AC reporting and functional support, driving innovations;Business Process Modelling tooling functional support (Aris BPM), troubleshooting, driving innovations
  • reporting (Power BI) dashboards maintenance and improvements
  • end user training; Preparation and maintenance of end user guides/quick reference cards

You are a good Candidate if:
  • you have University degree/Bachelor in Finance & Accounting, IT or related field
  • you have relevant job experience and a solid knowledge base in business application support
  • you have high concern for quality, accuracy and data
  • you have ability to effectively process extensive and various information from different sources and translate it into tangible action plans
  • you have excelent analitycal and problem-solving skils
  • you pro-actively identify areas for improvement in the processes
  • you are eager to lean new systems/technologies
  • you have proven communication and stakeholder management skills
  • you have excellent English (both written and spoken)
  • you are an expert in O365 suite

Nice to have:

  • dynamic and eager to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team
  • general understanding of GRC processes
  • knowledge of Service NOW, PowerBI, SAP GRC, Aris or Bwise
  • project management skills, continuous improvement awareness
