For our client, who builds a new Global Business Services based in Warsaw, we are looking for
Responsibilities:
- primary responsibility for planning, leading and controlling delivery of end-to processes for all Procurement Operations for indirect Procurement,
- manager and head of staff for Procurement Operations, ensuring that the staff is up to standard and highly motivated,
- responsible for all tasks carried out by Procurement Operations teams according to the rules, regulations and agreed SLAs and KPIs, and securing a valid data output for further analysis,
- being up to date on the professional and IT technical development within the Procurement Operations processes,
- responsible for knowledge sharing of Procurement Operations processes to the Process Excellence team and the Procure-to-Pay,
- responsible for updating the KPIs for the Procurement Operations processes,
- act as facilitator and link between deliveries in relevant support process flows (ex. contract management, master data),
- contribute to the strategy and roadmap in alignment with strategy, business priorities and customer needs,
- support the design and implement the future GBS capabilities for both the short- and long-term scope of services for the SDC Warsaw, enabling business area involvement and sponsorship,
- execute on the transformation plan and objectives with KPIs and measurement development for transition and steady-state as set by the SVP GBS,
- lead the Procurement Operations team conducting transition activities to the extent required to support the implementation of Procurement Operations globally.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience leading procurement operations teams of 10 or more,
- procurement Operations or relevant P2P support experience, including a sound understanding of procurement setup and principles,
- experience in an Accounts Payable would be an asset,
- previous experience of working with invoice management systems (e.g. Basware, Coupa, Ariba or other relevant applications),
- experience in working in international environments,
- proficiency with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle,
- full professional proficiency of written and oral English required,
- proven track record from similar organizations or positions,
- excellent skills in Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
