Currently, PwC looking for an enthusiastic person for the following global position:
Junior HR (People) Data Analyst / C&B Specialist
Role:
-
collaborate with HR function representatives in Territories (and with the CEE Team) to understand business needs and support best data driven decisions,
-
respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing and reporting relevant data from various sources,
-
provide regular and customized reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual),
-
build interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI,
-
review current ways of collecting data and propose improvements to increase efficiency and improve data quality,
-
conducting reward analysis like: bonus calculation, salary review analysis based on market data (Mercer methodology),
-
team member of design team building Performance and Reward processes (like performance appraisal process, salary review process, recognition bonus schemes etc),
-
running people cost analysis.
Profile:
-
economic or statistic degree (or equivalent),
-
previous experience in a data analytics role (at least 2 years),
-
advanced IT literate (Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, data storehouses),
-
fluency in English,
-
strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
-
excellent communication skills, especially communicating complex, information/data in a simple and meaningful way.
