For our client, who builds a new Global Business Services based in Warsaw, we are looking for
Responsibilities:
- remote administration of the purchasing process (processing purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders),
- coordination the purchase requisitions coming from the business, purchase orders workflow and care out to purchase process through to invoice receipt,
- contact with vendors and build business relationships with suppliers,
- service of PTP related queries,
- participation in the transition,
- support for the automation and standardization of purchasing processes.
Requirements:
- procurement Operations or relevant P2P support experience, including a sound understanding of procurement setup and principles,
- experience in working in international environments,
- very good command of English,
- excellent skills in Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
- min. 2-years experience in purchasing or sale department,
- ability to establish and build business relationships,
- procurement qualification will be an advantage (e.g. CIPS),
- Previous experience of working with source-to-pay systems (e.g. Basware, Coupa, Ariba or other relevant applications) will be an advantage.
