Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with Global Products & Technology and Tech Finance and support the business lead on all matters relating to headcount data. This is an exciting opportunity to drive various spend analytics initiatives to assist management decisions and to help identify efficiencies to the business.

The main aspects of your role are connected with identifying opportunities to improve internal performance by optimizing processes, facilitating change and exploiting information technology to meet Global Products & Technology objectives. Additionally, you will provide business analysis expertise in the development of strategies and perform business analysis activities to define needs, develop the benefits case for change or process improvement projects.

How you will contribute to our success?

• Help Global Products & Technology meet the need for clear, accurate and timely financial and business information on headcounts
• Develop and maintain a robust process for tracking and monitoring headcounts moves
• Updating the data daily/monthly, and creating reports and analysis for the management on actual staff, promotions, the internal and external movement’s
• Prepare and publish reports to stakeholders to show costing progress. Provide explanations to differences from expectation/trend
• Prepare reports and presentations on headcounts to senior management
• Participate in project work / enquires relating to expense mechanics and drivers, providing recommendations via scenario analysis
• Ensure that workforce planning model is managed effectively and in a timely manner - this includes performing reconciliation of different data sources, validating data as well as building in assumptions
• Look for efficiency on a day to day reporting by automating as much as possible

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Finance and/or Computer Science
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role preferably gathered in a corporate environment in a multinational company
• Solid knowledge of analysis, evaluation and reporting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Excel/PPT. Should be equipped with advanced excel functionalities.
• Ability to produce clear and concise management reports & manage confidential data
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Inquisitive and proactive team worker able to build trusting and productive business relationships with staff from a variety of backgrounds within Global Products & Technology
• Strong spoken and written English
