Your responsibilities would include:
  • Conducts meeting with Stakeholders to propose improvement actions and solutions, shares best practices based on multiple-OpCo similar issues,
  • Participates CPI initiative to improve process or/and systems and tools to enable better communication flow with vendors,
  • Knows how KPI/PPI are measured and how they relate to their daily tasks and provides more complex reports independently, analyze them and draw conclusions,
  • Understands cross-process interdependence and is aware of common cross-process issues,
  • Participates and prepares materials for further analyses for Supporting functions Analyst.

You are a good Candidate if:
  • Fluency in English,
  • Strong and effective communication, facilitation and presentation,
  • Very good excel skills,
  • Engagement and motivation,
  • Attentional to details, quality and controls,
  • Focusing on deadlines, having good organization, multitasking, flexibility,
  • Ability to work under time pressure,
  • Drive for results,
  • Working and prioritizing in an independent way,
  • Experience in GRIR maintenance and Vendor Reconciliation Process (nice to have)
