Your responsibilities would include:
  • supporting development and implementation of the Change and Communications strategy in line with overall HGSS strategy
  • identifying the most expected and potential points of reluctance to change
  • supporting developing counter strategies to reduce the unwillingness and address the doubts and uncertainty surrounding, to foster a positive acceptance of change
  • supporting creation and implementation of change approaches and communication plans that: maximise buy-in for the change, support managing and mitigating the impact of change plans on employees and organisation, minimise resistance to increase the benefit realisation and value creation and maximise employee awareness and adoption
  • supporting Change and Communications Manager in building Change&Comms CAPABILITIES in the organisation by knowledge sharing, designing good practice materials and delivering trainings
  • securing ALIGNMENT and INTEGRATION of change management activities into overall programme/project plan
  • EMBEDDING OF CHANGE into sustainable standing organisation (linked to culture)
  • identifying STAKEHOLDERS at all stages and levels of the change projects and define an effective stakeholder engagement plan
  • supporting stakeholders in preparing and presenting messages
  • collaborating and engaging actively with Learning and Development, Organisational Development and HR Business Partner colleagues
  • being a change&comms AMBASSADOR and propagate the change community as well as the change thinking 
  • Preparing communications across all channels available
  • Actively promote all communication channels

You are a good Candidate if:

You have:

  • you have minimum of 3 years’ experience in change & comms or change related areas, such as HR, Corporate Relations, programme management or business in an international environment 
  • you show successful running, coordinating or key contribution to a medium to large size and complexity organizational changes (i.e. transitions)
  • you have experience and knowledge of change&comms principles, methodologies and tools 
  • you show familiarity with programme management approaches, tools and phases of the programme lifecycle 
  • you own a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process 
  • you have at least 3 years of experience in SSC/BPO environment
  • you own excellent Excel/Power Point skills 
  • you have excellent communication skills
  • you have fluency in English
  • you have experience in using most popular social media channels

  • you are able to work effectively and independently to build relationships at all levels in an organisation
  • you are flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
  • you are able to spar and challenge on senior level
  • you show critical business expertise and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
