Transition Consultant, SSC Center of Excellence Advisory


As part of the team, you will:

  • Work as a part of project teams composed of internal and client staff, in order to transform client’s operations and build platform for success

  • Play active role in the project as Transition Consultant 

  • Support Senior Transition Managers in designing, planning and execution of Transition plans

  • Work with the Transition Methodology and tools

  • Provide quality review of transition documentation (Process Maps and Desktop Procedures)

  • Coordinate transition waves including conducting Due Diligence, managing logistics, planning Knowledge Transfer and reporting transition risks and issues

  • Provide project updates, monitor and track transition progress

  • Develop yourself personally, through both external and internal projects, and a wide range of training and courses.

  • Support the creation of winning proposals to advise our clients with Shared Service and Outsourcing strategy execution


Essential skills and experience:

  • Transition management / coordination experience

  • Knowledge of Transition Management methodology and tools

  • Experience in creating transition documentation - process maps and desktop procedures 

  • 3+ years of professional experience within SSC/Outsourcing industry

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently, having strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Strong interest and passion for creating lasting improvements and value for the clients that we serve

  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

  • Handy with Excel and PowerPoint, experience in PowerBI an asset 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Once we are back to normal, ability and willingness to travel within Europe, but in some cases also globally


Desirable skills & experience: 

  • Experience in any of the following operational areas

    • Finance and Accounting, 

    • Customer Service, 

    • Human Resources, 

    • Procurement 

    • IT services functions;

  • Exposure to Robotics Process Automation and other disruptive technologies
