Your responsibilities would include:
  • being responsible to oversee and manage transportation Planning & Execution functions for all OpCos within his/her specific cluster. Acting decisively and engaging effectively with key stakeholders
  • partnering effectively with external customers and OpCo transportation organization, customer service representatives and wider supply planning organization
  • being responsible for adhering to SLAs, resolving any issues/challenges at the OpCo side
  • managing team of Planners by reviewing and improving resources on a continuous basis
  • liaising with Continuous Improvement team to support implementation of operational and system improvements
  • evaluating cluster operational planning performance
  • reviewing and ensuring shipments have been successfully planned and successfully delivered
  • overseeing daily execution of transportation planning activities including load consolidation, mode shift, and optimization of transportation routes
  • seeking to optimize transportation and execution activities based on transportation planners’ inputs, together with CI/CPI team

You are a good Candidate if:
  • you have Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Logistics, or related field
  • you have good understanding/experience with OTM
  • you have understanding of transportation rules, regulations, standard processes and business policies
  • you have skills to effectively communicate to all levels (including OpCos) demonstrating expertise, professionalism and confidence
  • you have ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships
  • you have professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • you have team management experience
  • you have proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • you have experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
  • you have language Skills: English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)

Nice to have:

  • University Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment
  • training and certification in Six Sigma or LEAN, or similar quality management experience
  • FMCG/AlcoBev industry experience
  • proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
