Salesforce Success is a global team, accountable for supporting the network to realise full value from the firm’s investment in Salesforce. The team uses deep insight and analytics to understand ways of working and drives consistent marketing and sales best practices to support enablement and adoption of the technologies. It also leads enhancements and innovations of the existing technologies and leads the drive to deliver platform expansion as determined by future investments.
Global Digital Marketing Expert
As the Digital Marketing Expert, this position is part of a small global team and will be responsible to:

Serve as a hands-on advisor and technical consultant on complex Marketing Cloud solutions, including working with territories to define / refine requirements for digital marketing campaigns, advising on best practices, and completing technical activities in Marketing Cloud

Remain up-to-date on the latest process and technology advancements and identify digital skills gaps and help to fill those through completing / designing training

Collaborate closely with other pillars of the Salesforce Success Team, Global Technology, and Salesforce vendor to support the network to realize the full value of PwC’s investment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Required Skills:
-
At least 5 years’ experience working in a marketing automation role, preferably in a B2B environment

One or more of the following Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant

Demonstrating knowledge of modern marketing methodologies, marketing automation technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), segmentation techniques, and campaign analytics;

Working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Cloud Pages, Contact Builder, Content Builder and Analytics Builder;

Working knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML and CSS;

Building and managing relationships across the business and other marketing functions;

Navigating complex situations while applying firm policies and procedures to enable compliance across the network;
Preferred Knowledge:
-
Understanding across marketing and sales capabilities, including sales, marketing, brand and integrated content in a B2B context;

Working knowledge of other marketing technologies including customer data platforms; and

Working with leadership and the business to influence how the practice engages with the marketplace.
