Currently we are looking for a Accounts Payable Coordinator / Senior Associate to join our finance team in the Warsaw office.

Accounts Payable Coordinator / Senior Associate

Location: Warszawa

• Managing all processes and systems within Accounts Payable area

• Managing internal projects

• Management and knowledge of the internal financial and accounting system

• Analysis of unusual transactions and resolving financial issues

• Ensuring efficient workflow of accounting documentation

• Cooperation with SSC

• Team leader role

Profile:

• Previous experience (+4 years) in the accounts payable or financial accounting area

• Good knowledge of financial processes and accounting standards

• Experience in managing projects, processes and teams

• Ability to work with different stakeholders to resolve complex issues

• Experience of building relationships with internal clients

• Analytical thinking

• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills

• Enthusiastic and passionate about work, good team-player

• Fluent in English
