What do you need to start?

• 3-5 years of practical experience in quality assurance area
• Extended experience in business process improvement and process optimization (in financial services)
• Continuous improvement mindset, proactive and creative thinking, willingness and ability to learn quickly
• Flexible attitude and the ability to work largely on your own initiative, well organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills, team player with positive attitude
• Lean methodologies knowledge
• Attention to details, highly developed analytical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, sharepoint

What duties will help you grow?

• Set up and continuous development of the overall operational quality framework according to needs and project status
• Conduct transaction quality audits
• Provide feedbacks and suggestion for improvement to agents and supervisors
• Publish quality dashboards at defined intervals
• Data analysis, strong analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from data
