For our client, an international BPO company , we are looking for candidates interested in taking the role of Senior IT Recruitment Lead in a freshly created IT Talent Acquisition Team. The headquarters is located in Kraków, but there is an option to work fully remotely from anywhere in Poland.
Senior IT Recruitment Lead (100% remotely)
Responsibilities:
- lead end-to-end recruitment processes,
- meet and build relations with IT Talents,
- take part in creating a new IT Talent Acquisition Team,
- manage Direct Search using such tools as LinkedIn Recruiter,
- conduct interviews with candidates and recommend them to the Hiring Managers,
- write creative job ads and post them on both internal and external job boards,
- carry out boarding processes for employees,
- manage internal resume database.
Requirements:
- minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment,
- knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process,
- excellent communication skills, professional approach,
- fluency in English - at least B2 level.
